I'm Ruth. I'm the hands, the head, the heart, the everything in fact of Let's Eat Cake Wellington.
Know what?? I love cake. No, I REALLY LOVE cake. I love designing it, baking it, decorating it, and even after all these years, I still love eating it. I don't love washing up, but life can't be all butter icing and sprinkles!
Of course your cake should, and will, look beautiful, but what counts most is what's inside. I bake cakes the old-fashioned way, with real ingredients, using natural flavours and natural colours wherever possible. I like to use edible decorations, or at least handmade ones, preferably both. I don't cover cakes in layers of fondant, I don't sculpt crazy shapes or make my cakes move with batteries and lights. When you order from Let's Eat Cake Wellington, you get the darn best tasting cake around, ready to cut and eat the moment you get it out of the box.
